        Predmetom obstarávania je dodanie predpokladaného množstva zemného plynu na odberné miesta verejného obstarávateľa vrátane prepravy a distribúcie v kvalite zodpovedajúcej technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete, za dodržania platných právnych predpisov SR a to najmä zákona č. 251/2012 Z. z. o energetike a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete. Verejný obstarávateľ požaduje dodávku plynu vrátane prepravy, distribúcie a služieb spojených s dodávkou plynu vrátane prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku. Tolerancia celkového objemu odberu: 30 %.

        Predpokladané množstvo odberu z 29 Odberných miest odberateľa na 48 mesiacov je 28.648,90 MWh určené na základe predošlej spotreby na odberných miestach verejného obstarávateľa.

          Verejný obstarávateľ uzatvoril Rámcové dohody s opätovným otvorením súťaže s troma uchádzačmi umiestnenými na prvých troch miestach v poradí po vyhodnotení ponúk elektronickou aukciou. S uchádzačom, ktorý sa umiestnil na prvom mieste v poradí bola uzatvorená čiastková zmluva na dodávku plynu na 1 rok. Predmetom elektronickej aukcie bola cena za komoditu vyjadrená v EUR / 1 MWh a cena za prepravu plynu vyjadrená v EUR / 1 MWh komodity. Do celkovej ceny v tomto oznámení nie sú započítané poplatky súvisiace s distribúciou a spotrebná daň. Tieto poplatky sú však započítané do predpokladanej hodnoty zákazky, nakoľko musí zahŕňať všetky náklady na dodanie predmetu zákazky.
